This notice covers the adroitcode.com website, operated by AdroitCode LLC, 2136 Ford Pkwy Ste B, Saint Paul, MN 55116. Our products, GrantExtension and Pithi, have their own privacy notices on their own sites.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company name if you give one, and your message. The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
How we use it
To read and reply to your message and, if we end up working together, to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent your information.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-handling service. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site. Everything else, including fonts, is served from our own site.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful for the conversation or any work that follows, and delete them when they are not.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact form on this site.
